I found Custom Stairs Runners online - from the moment I made the phone call, I knew I had found a gem. From the pre-work of finding a very specific runner, to them coming to look at job and then installation it was a true pleasure. They made it so easy to work with them. After I had a minor "slip" on our wood staircase, Adam immediately came right over and installed a beautiful custom stair runner in our home. He did a great job to approve the aesthetic appearance of the stairs and most importantly eliminated a terrible safety hazard. It's been a year and the runner looks exactly as it did when it was first installed. The quality of the carpet he uses is just perfection. Thank you Adam!

Adam is incredible. This man has nerves of steel and hands of gold! He has been nothing short of amazing. I had a hard time picking out my runner and he went above and beyond to help me find "the one."
When I fell in love with a custom runner, he had a solution right away how we can replicate it....When that was out of my budget, he helped me find something that was very similar to the one i was in love with.... Even if we had to make it out of a rug and not carpet (!!!).
Adam is innovative, creative, responsive and supportive. His main professional priority is his customers' happiness.

I had a great experience working with Adam to choose the runner for our front stairs and connecting hallway upstairs. He made the process very easy; came to my house with a huge assortment of samples. We were able to choose a product within my budget while still maintaining the high end aesthetic I was going for. When it came time for installation Adam was super efficient, in and out in a few hours! I would highly recommend them and can't wait to start the next project together.

Adam and his team did an amazing job fabricating and installing our stair runner. They were very reliable and professional and they produced a quality beautiful job!! I love their work and would definitely use them again!!!
Adam came to the house first to take a look at the job and give us an estimate. He brought several swatches of carpet for us to look at and choose from. He has a large variety. After deciding he was able to give us an estimate and we booked the job. Within a week he had the materials ready to install and made an appointment to come for installation. (This whole process took less than 10 days!) When he came to install he brought one other guy (who was really nice by the way) to help with the installation and they were done in a few quick hours. Adam just installed my second runner for me and for the second time, has only been a delight to work with, really collaborates with you until you are happy, and has great attention to detail so that your project comes out perfectly. He did my stairs leading to the second floor, including second floor hallway, and most recently just installed the runner going down to my newly renovated basement. We had our runner installed yesterday; pictured on the website, it's a beautiful sisal with a wide band trim..it is SOOO gorgeous, even nicer than I had imagined! It really enhances the stairway and hallway and Adam and his crew could not have been nicer! Very professional, reasonably priced and quick turn around time. These guys are the best!! I highly recommend them.

I have been an Interior Designer for over 30 years. In that stretch of time, I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of trades people as I constantly search for quality and value. I have had the pleasure of being introduced to Adam Jarrett from Custom Stair Runners from another person in the design business and I have been more than satisfied with his quality, value, honesty in our dealings together. My firm hired him for a top residential job with a difficult assignment, match the plaid carpet runner on the floating stairs..... Not only was it matched but he was on time, clean, and precise with all of the installation. After many jobs with the same results, I gave him an opportunity to bid on a 4 building condo project integrating area rugs into the field on the hallway floors. He got the job. Did the work. And was the best workman on the job. I am currently trying to clone him into an electrician and plumber.
